If you have already registered with GoFix, you will only have to put in the OTP sent to you, and after that, you are all set.

GoFix India exclusively uses internally tested and graded parts designed to work at par with original parts from your smartphone manufacturer. The technician or expert from GoFix will test and let you use the repaired phone before the repair process is completed.

When and how can I make the payment?
For any orders, be it GoFix India, GoFix does not ask you to make any advance payment. You can make the payment for the service once the phone is repaired and you are fully satisfied. You can either pay in cash or transfer money online via Bank IMPS Transfer, pay through Paytm or use Razorpay. You can use your card & swipe it to make a payment using the card machine available in our executive.

What if your technician damages my phone during the service?
Don’t worry, GoFix takes full responsibility for the phone once it is handed over to the GoFix experts/technicians. However, there is a minimal chance of damages/s as our team consists of trained professionals. If it does happen in an unlikely circumstance, we will fix your phone at our cost and return it to its original condition. Rest assured that your device is in safe hands.
Is there any hidden cost?
No, absolutely not. GoFix believes in transparent and fair pricing for their services. All charges mentioned are inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden costs at all. You will only be charged as quoted!
Will your technician also fix any other issue of my phone?
If the issue is one of the issues listed on our platform, we are happy to help and you will be charged accordingly. Please let us know in advance for any issue with your device and we will try our best to help.
Do you use originally manufactured screens or locally available alternatives?
GoFix India uses AAA-grade top quality compatible parts for any repair service. Only the best quality parts qualify our testing and grading process. However, we do not claim original parts as only authorised manufacturer can claim the same. But the functionality and sensitivity of the parts that GoFix uses are at par with their original counterparts. Hence, we provide upto 6 months warranty* spare parts repair.
What are your working hours?

What Payment Methods Can I Use To Pay For My Mobile Repair?
GoFix India technician will directly accept the cash after the repair is complete, or transfer the money online via PayTM or an IMPS Bank Transfer or via UPI.
What if My Repaired Mobile Faces Issues?
The possibilities of facing issues are pretty minimal with the mobile phone repaired at GoFix. As previously stated, only the highest quality parts and items imported from outside the country are used. Each component is subjected to extensive testing. However, if there is a problem, we offer up to six-month warranty* on all of our repairs. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not apply in all cases.
