  • The Customers out of the Chennai region who intends to get service from us must send the device via courier to us. The customer must send their device to our service facility at your own risk and cost.
  • Once the device gets repaired, we will deliver the package to the confirmed address to the customer.
  • If you want to arrange pick-up from our side, then pickup charges will be applicable, and packing the device in a good condition package has to be taken care from the customer.
  • Once we received the package if any said device is not in the said condition or model mismatch or any physical damage is found, we will return the product immediately to the customer’s shipping address.
  • In any circumstances, if the said problem(s) or issue(s) were found to be impossible to repair or unavailability of spare parts to replace, we will inform and return to the customer. We might charge certain convenience charges for the technicians due to the occurrence of the above-said situation.
